May 8, 2023 - This episode of The Omnibus Show will feature Sam Arce, real estate broker and educator and producer of musicals and film.
Arce has been in residential real estate since 1985, has lived in Indiana
since 1991, and has been a resident of Carmel since 1998. Arce is a licensed
real estate broker with F.C. Tucker and has been an instructor at the Tucker
School of Real Estate since 2007.
He has always had a passion for live theatre. In fact, he performed
semiprofessionally while in high school and college, and his love and passion
for the arts continues to this day. Prior to his professional involvement on
Broadway and in the West End, Arce made numerous trips to New York City
to see musicals and plays. Since 2018, he has invested in professional
Broadway productions under his own company called "Broadway Sam
Theatrical Productions"; and is part of a four-person producing team.
Arce is currently involved in several projects. He is co-producing Bonnie & Clyde, a musical, in West End, London, as well as co-producing Mandela,
based on Nelson Mandela, also a musical. He worked on Young Vic in
London from November 2022, to February of this year. It is now being
worked back in the U.S. while decisions are made whether to go to London or to Broadway.
Another big project for Arce is SuperYou. This musical is in developmental production at the Skylight Music Theatre in Milwaukee, WI. You can learn more about this show by visiting https://www.skylightmusictheatre.org. Fly More Than You Fall is another show in development that Arce is involved in. He is also currently the co-producer with his team for Hamlet Pop Musical by Joel Kirk, also currently in development. Right now, on Broadway, Arce is an investor in A Beautiful Noise, the Neil Diamond Musical. He and his partners are co-producers of the movie Blue Light. Arce is also part of Pigasus Films, an independent film production company out of Bloomington, IN.
Arce holds a seat on the board of Actors Theatre of Indiana and serves as the secretary. You can email Arce at SArce@msn.com. You can also learn more about Arce by visiting his Facebook, www.facebook.com/bwaysam, or Instagram, www.instagram.com/broadwaysamarce/.
